All users are directly connected (with assigned user-privileges and unique user name/password.)
There are three fundamental users:

• Lender or Banking Assistant
• Appraisers
• AppraiseWorx Administration

Generally, the lender will initiate a new appraisal assignment. This information is sent via the website where an automatic appraiser selection process occurs. AppraiseWorx Administration is notified of any delays or problems in the appraiser selection and acceptance process. The AppraiseWorx Residential website communicates with select users during the complete appraisal process (based on assigned privileges.) When the appraiser has completed the appraisal, a report is generated with any appropriate file attachments (PDFs.) The appraisal is then taken from the active list and moved to the completed list.
