
All users are directly connected (with assigned user-privileges and unique user name/password.)
There are four fundamental users:
• Lender or Banking Assistant
• Appraisers
• Appraisal Reviewer
• AppraiseWorx Administration
Generally, the lender will initiate a new appraisal assignment. This information is sent via the website to the AppraiseWorx Administration where appraiser selection occurs (based on an independent analysis based on location, capability and capacity.) The AppraiseWorx Commercial website communicates with select users during the complete appraisal process (based on assigned privileges.) When the appraiser has completed the appraisal, a reviewer will ensure that the appraisal is complete and accurate. A report is then generated with any appropriate file attachments (PDFs.) The appraisal is then taken form the active list and moved to the completed list.
